I work across product, AI, technology and people. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve worked in product management, project delivery, marketing, business development, technology education and AI training, with most of my work sitting around one simple question: how do we make this actually work?

I currently work as a Product Lead at SmartChurch and as a Project Lead and AI Trainer at Daveshoope AI Academy. I’ve worked on digital products, trained over 1000 people (really though, more than 1k) in AI, technology and education programmes that have spanned accross the world.

I also coach and speak, especially around career, work, technology, growth and purpose. I enjoy working with people who are trying to figure something out, whether that is a product that isn’t working, a team trying to use AI better, or someone who simply has no idea what their next move should be. I like asking the questions that get to the real issue, bringing a different perspective and then figuring out what to do next.
